From the pond to the platform
Sensors, equipment and the platform work as one chain. Choose a step: the schematic highlights the parts involved and says what happens there.
1 Sense · Water and weatherWater-quality sensors hang in the pond: temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, turbidity and ammonia. A weather mast on the bank adds air temperature, humidity, rainfall and wind.
2 Control · Farm equipmentAerators, a water pump and an automatic feeder connect to the controller, so the equipment runs to the settings and schedule agreed for your farm.
3 Deter · The laser lightA motion-activated laser light is aimed over the water. The product overview states that it targets birds only, with no harm to birds or the environment.
4 Connect · Panel, gateway, cloudThe control panel, with solar power as an option, reaches the JPiOT edge gateway, which connects over 4G, Wi-Fi or LAN to the cloud platform.
5 See · Dashboard and appThe platform serves a web dashboard and a mobile app, with the alerts, trends and reports the agreed configuration provides.

Around the pond
The product range also lists a weight scale sensor for biomass and a laser bird deterrent. Both are described here in the posters’ own words.
Weight scale sensor
The fish-farm overview lists a weight scale sensor that “monitors fish biomass for better management and feeding control”. The weighing method, the sampling process and the sensor configuration are agreed for your operation.
Laser bird deterrent
Those are the product overview’s own statements. Coverage, pole height, laser class and installation requirements — along with any local approvals — are discussed as part of your site design.
